Associate Student

Congratulations on joining Edinburgh Napier! The next few weeks will be exciting, but they can be confusing or overwhelming too. It's important to get up to speed as quickly as you can so make sure you ask us lots of questions. The Merchiston Library team are here to help you find your way around the campus library and the online library. We can give advice on finding, evaluating and using information in your coursework. Speak to staff at the Help Desk or contact us by phone or email, we're happy to help.

Direct Entrant Student

Welcome to Edinburgh Napier University! Students join us from lots of different pathways: associate students, college students, from employment or career breaks and also from overseas. Most direct entrants have lots of questions and need to get up to speed quickly. The Merchiston Library team are here to help you find, evaluate and use information to support your coursework and projects. Associate Student Still At College

If you're an Associate Student and have matriculated at Edinburgh Napier you should have a username and password to access the Edinburgh Napier University computer network. You will also be able to sign in to LibrarySearch and use library resources. You might also have a student card and if you do, you can use our campus libraries.
