Please note that professional services staff can only access authenticated University systems/resources when using a managed device or the Virtual Desktop Service.
e.g. You can browse LibrarySearch on your mobile phone or home laptop, but you will not be able to log in to access resources such as ebooks or ejournals.
If you would like to access Library or University resources from a non-managed computer, you can also use the Virtual Desktop Service.
Currently this affects only Professional Services staff and not academic staff or students.
