LibrarySearch will search across everything on the shelf in our physical libraries (books, journals, movies and more), as well as across hundreds of paid-for databases (including ebooks, ejournals, and online multimedia). We always recommend it as the best place to start your information journey.
LibGuides help you find out more about the resources and support available from the Library. Subject guides include information on finding books, journals and other specialised material from the Library, as well as useful databases, websites and other online resources.
Our workshops and events are are open to everyone. There are bookable sessions on a range of different topics, and also regular drop-ins on different campuses.
Borrow up to twenty-five items at a time. Most of our book and other loans are now dynamic which means they will be automatically renewed for up to a maximum of 12 weeks unless recalled. If an item on loan to you is requested by another user we will recall it by sending you an email asking you to return it within 7 days or by the original due date if less than 7 days.
