Built Environment, Computing and Engineering: International Students

Library Subject Guide for students in the School of Computing/School of Engineering & the Built Environment.

Getting started

To help you find out about library and IT resources and services, make sure you complete the Introduction to Library and Computing: http://my.napier.ac.uk/IT/GettingStarted/Pages/Off-Campus-Students.aspx

Off campus students based overseas can:

  • Use LibrarySearch to find e-books - See E-books.
  • Access thousands of journals articles online - Finding Journals.
  • Find subject information for their area of study.

There is no need to register with the Library, but you will need your university login to access some of the available resources. This is the same login used for university email or Moodle.
We regret that we are unable to post printed Library materials or photocopies to students based overseas.

You will find useful information on the Library Moodle pages: http://moodle.napier.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=1571
